Traineeship and Stage
HEALTH SURVEILLANCE VISIT BOOKING LINK
STEP 1:
Verify that the minimum requirements for applying for a practical trening are met.

STEP 2:
Choose an training location, contact your university tutor to check the company's availability and agree on the start and end dates of the internship.
STEP 3:
Fill in the training/stage experience application form: TPA/STPA/PLF
Fill in the Training Project: TPA and STPA/PLF
Instructions for filling in the training/stage experience application form and Training Project
STEP 4:
Completion of the training period at the chosen facility and compilation of the logbook with the signatures of the company tutor, university tutor and course coordinator.
STEP 5:
Submission of the completed and signed logbook and satisfaction questionnaire
